Returns Policy

RETURNS – UK/ROW

Here at J and S Graphics we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:

  1. The item(s) must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  2. The item(s) must not have been used or damaged in any way.
  3. The item(s) must not be returned without prior authorisation. This can be obtained by contacting us at Jandsgraphicshull@yahoo.com.  We’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.  Any returns without authorisation may not be processed correctly, delaying any refund due.

RETURNS – EUROPEAN UNION

Orders shipping to the European Union are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy without prejudice as per European law.  All we ask is that the above conditions are met as per our UK/ROW delivery policy.

Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility, unless the item(s) are faulty or incorrect.  For higher value purchases we recommend that you use a tracked and insured service to return the item(s) to us, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and processed your return, and once approved we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 10 business days.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.  Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too, but if you haven’t received your approved refund after 15 business days please contact us at Jandsgraphicshull@yahoo.com so we can resolve your issue.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at Jandsgraphicshull@yahoo.com.  We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY

Unfortunately, certain types of products can't be returned (unless faulty of course).  This includes sale items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Jandsgraphicshull@yahoo.com. If your order hasn’t yet been despatched, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been despatched, you may return it to us as outlined in our returns policy above.
